OE Quality Ball Joints

Ball joints are a component of a vehicles front suspension and provide a pivoting motion between the vehicle’s steering knuckles and control arms to provide a safe and controlled drive. GMB utilises high-friction resistant resin and a special synthetic grease to minimise friction, with robust dust covers and mud-preventive grease to maximise ball joint life.

OE Quality Tie-Rod End

The tie-rod end is attached at the tip of the tie rod and connects the vehicle’s wheels with the steering and suspension components that permit the vehicle to steer. If faulty, you may have trouble steering your vehicle, so it’s essential they are functioning correctly. GMB tie-rod ends are manufactured to stringent standards and with superior materials.

OE Quality Control Arms

Control arms, sometimes referred to as ‘A-arms’, are at the core of a vehicles front suspension system. Control arms are the link that connects a vehicle’s front wheels, with one end joining to the wheel assembly and the other to the framework or chassis of the car. GMB control arms are made to stringent standards and with superior materials.

OE Quality Pitman Arm

The pitman arm is a steering component in a vehicle or truck and is a linkage attached to the steering box to convert the angular motion of the sector shaft into the linear motion needed to steer the wheels. The GMB pitman arm is manufactured to stringent standards and with superior materials.

OE Quality Idler Arm

The idler arm provides pivoting support for the vehicles steering linkage. An idler arm is comprised of a rod that pivots on a bracket bolted to the chassis of the vehicle on one side, and supports a ball socket on the other end. The GMB Idler Arm contains a shaft and bearing with grease sealed and is manufactured with stringent standards and superior materials.

OE Quality Rack End

Rack Ends, also known in Australia as Axial Joints, are used in rack-and-pinion steering systems, providing a connection to the vehicle’s outer tie rod ends. A GMB rack end assures proper pivoting action and vehicle handling, using only the most stringent manufacturing standards and materials.

OE Quality Stabiliser Link

In independent suspension, road conditions quickly change the balance between the vehicles left and right wheels. Therefore, a stabiliser link consists of spring steel is set on the chassis to create increased stability between wheels. The GMB stabiliser link utilises only the most stringent manufacturing standards and materials.

OE Quality Steering Joint

It is essential to have the highest quality, most robust working steering shaft in every vehicle. If you were to have a faulty steering shaft, it would not be safe to continue driving your vehicle. GMB collaborates closely with our customers to optimise the engineering specifications and tolerances required by leading car manufacturers worldwide.
